		<description>I agree with Liza that bad CS is bad for the company. But not always as most people presume. If one is skilled in bullshit then one would be able to slap customers with Bad service, and still walk away smiling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boils down to the situation and the skills of diplomacy u possess.</description>
